Need to Share Logs for Issue Resolution? Follow These Steps!

Logs play a crucial role in helping us pinpoint the root cause of bugs, and for most issues beyond minor graphic glitches, we'll need your logs. Fortunately, the process of obtaining and sharing your logs is relatively straightforward. Just follow these steps in Alta Launcher:

1. Click on "Installation Options."

2. Select "Open Logs."
   

3. Right-click on the logs folder and choose "Send to... > Compressed Folder."
   

4. Send us the resulting "logs.zip" folder.

Your logs will greatly assist us in diagnosing and resolving the issue you're facing. Thank you for your cooperation!
